SurveyMonkey appoints Katie Miserany as chief communications officer and global head of marketing, and Sabrina Leblanc as SVP, sales and customer success
SurveyMonkey, the world’s most popular platform for surveys and forms, today announced the appointments of two long-time company leaders: Katie Miserany has been named chief communications officer and global head of marketing and Sabrina Leblanc has been named senior vice president of sales and customer success. Recognizing these two women leaders reinforces SurveyMonkey’s commitment to developing talent from within and expanding female representation at the highest levels. Women now make up 75% of the company’s C-suite and senior vice president team—an exceptional milestone in the technology sector.
“Katie and Sabrina are exceptional leaders and culture champions who’ve earned deep trust from our customers and our teams,” said Eric Johnson, chief executive officer at SurveyMonkey. “Katie brings a sharp, integrated approach to brand storytelling and go-to-market, while Sabrina is relentless about customer value and growth across the full lifecycle. Elevating leaders like them strengthens our business and our leadership bench.”
“I’m excited to be able to bring together our incredible marketing and communications teams under one roof,” said Miserany. “This next chapter is all about leaning into who we are as a brand and shining a bigger spotlight on the amazing stories of the customers who use SurveyMonkey to create change and drive impact around the world.”
“I’m energized to lead our sales, customer success, support, and professional services teams as one unified global function,” said Leblanc. “Together in lockstep, we are poised to deliver value from our first conversation through renewal and expansion. With a united focus on outcomes, we’re ensuring our customers aren’t just seen, but supported to win with us.”
