I've been with STG Labs (Onclusive) for over one year and it's been an incredible and fun ride! I've met some amazing people and had fantastic team outings. The easily reachable management give constructive feedback when it's needed and praise when it's due. The hybrid, flexible work environment makes me feel at home, and more supported than I ever have before.

I was placed in Cadmium as a Principal UI / UX Designer in 2021. Before I joined, I had a lot of doubts about how Incubation Center works. After knowing about the management plans and company goals I am now confident that I can spend a long tenure here.
