Data Engineer: Responsible for implementing the Onclusive platform architecture for On Premise and Cloud systems. This role works closely with the Data Engineering leads, development and product teams across different regions primarily in Europe and is part of the Scrum Team in an Agile Pod. The role includes Research and Continuous Development of new Products based on new Technologiesand good understanding of data models and data warehouse concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an IT related field
• 6+ years of experience working across different product domains in a product development/data management/ engineering role.
• Good communication skills necessary to manage business requests and work with different teams across different geographies and time-zones; experience working with remote and distributed teams will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on working knowledge and experience is requiredin:

1. ELT Processes (Airflow, Spark, etc.)
2. Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL, PLSQL, etc.)
3. NoSQL Databases (Redis, Elastic Search, Mongo, etc.)
4. Big Data Solutions like AWS Big Data based Solutionssuch as Spark, etc.
5. Architecture patterns such asLambda/Kappa/Delta
6. Programming Languages (Python, Spark, etc.)
7. Streaming Technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.)
8. Agile Methodologies (Scrum, TDD, BDD, etc.)
9. Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), preferably AWS
10. Development of Complex Big Data Solutions like Spark, RedShift, EMR, etc. and Open-Source Platforms like Hudi, etc.

• Experience with several of the following tools/technologies is desirable:

1. GIT/Bit Bucket, Jira, Jenkins, SharePoint, Visual Studio Code, Jupiter Notebooks.
2. Data Structures and Machine Learning Models

• Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus:

1. Unix/Linux environments
2. Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
3. Containerization Technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
