As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build the marketing platform that some of the world’s most prestigious companies rely on. You will work on products built for serious scale, with the autonomy to make decisions, the influence to set standards the team builds on, and the chance to mentor engineers as the team grows around you. You will work alongside motivated people who hold a high bar, care about the details, learn from each other and take real pride in what they ship.

Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Delivery & Architecture

• Ship features end‑to‑end: deliver across the frontend, backend and integration layers.
• Shape architecture: make decisions across UI, services and data, balancing user experience against technical trade‑offs.
• Standards, Mentoring & Reliability
• Set coding standards: define the practices others follow and mentor engineers through code review, design discussions and pairing.
• Drive reliability and quality: take part in incident response and push improvements that last.
• Use AI effectively: apply AI in day‑to‑day work and help the team get the most out of it.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Must‑Have (Hands‑on)

• 4+ years building and shipping software products.
• 2+ years with Go, including goroutines, concurrency patterns and writing tests.
• 2+ years with React, plus familiarity with a state‑management library such as Zustand, Redux or Recoil.
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Experience with Kafka or similar event‑streaming systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.

Secondary Skills

• Familiarity with gRPC, Protobuf, Connect‑RPC or GraphQL.

Education / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Work Mode

Hybrid — This role adheres to the organization’s hybrid work policy, requiring presence at the office on three designated days per week.
